Outstanding guests at KMA: Elliot Cohen, Johns Hopkins University’s professor, delivered his lecture on the campus

On June 23, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy along with the Ukrainian Strategic Initiative (USI) research and education center and the Polish Institute of International Affairs organized a public meeting with international expert Elliot Cohen, who worked as an advisor to the U.S. Department of State from 2007 to 2009, and currently is a professor at the Center for Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.

"We must strive for victory in the form defined by Ukraine. But in order to achieve this, the West must not only help Ukraine defeat russia but also convince the russian federation that it has been defeated," Cohen emphasizes as the main thesis of his speech.
