Kyiv-Mohyla students arranging a Ukrainian festival in Toronto!

On this Thanksgiving Weekend, we give thanks to all our donors. Thank you for your ongoing support over all the years. This year of war your support has helped to save lives, send aid to the war front, and continue online and in-person classes.

Take a look at what Kyiv-Mohyla Academy students are doing in Canada, as part of the Global Education project. They organized a Ukrainian festival in Toronto!

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. So, while russians try to limit freedom, Ukrainian students act with tremendous passion. A team of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy students, who currently are studying at the University of Toronto, decided to organize Ukraїnian Week to show Torontonians that there is more to our invincible country than the war.

Through this festival, students hope to show modern Ukrainian art, get rid of all Soviet stereotypes and boundaries of a conservative vision of Ukraine, and show the world the truth about russian propaganda as a tool of war. One of the most important goals is to raise funds for the needs of one of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy's students, who defends Ukraine on the frontline.

There will be 5 points of view on contemporary Ukraine:

We are proud of our students and the aims they achieve! We are committed to support them and provide them with everything they need for the best education. Join us in support of this! The university needs your help to provide scholarships to students and fellowships to faculty members, for the best education for a deserving, courageous young generation of future leaders.
